Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for filling, checking, and packing orders with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fills, checks, and packs orders using a pallet jack and headset system throughout the warehouse, selecting items from floor stock to assemble on pallets, to then be transported to local Co-ops.
  • May work in the freezer in below zero temperatures (PPE and premium pay provided).
  • Follows safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Performs repetitive physical work including bending, lifting, and reaching.
  • Performs housekeeping duties to maintain a clean shipping and receiving area.
  • Must be available to complete a full week of training (Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm).
  • Must work a minimum of 24 hours/week but preferably be available to work 40 hours/week.
Requirements
  • Have verbal communication skills, and you are comfortable using a headset.
  • Are able to work in the freezer when required.
  • Are able to physically lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
  • Are able to perform shift work potentially including evenings and weekends.
  • Believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
