Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Order Picker. In this role, you will be responsible for filling, checking, and packing orders using a pallet jack and headset system throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill orders by selecting items from floor stock and assembling them on pallets for transportation to local Co-ops.
  • Work in the freezer environment, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and reaching, to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Participate in housekeeping duties to maintain a clean shipping and receiving area.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including weekend and night shifts, to meet business needs.
  • Complete a full week of training and be available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, with a preference for 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Verbal communication skills and comfort using a headset.
  • Ability to work in the freezer environment when required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
