About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team at Mom's Pantry Products Ltd. as a key member of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Picking: Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receiving and stocking merchandise, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
