Key Responsibilities- Order Picking: Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receiving and stocking merchandise, and reporting discrepancies.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is an asset.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
