Job Title: Portfolio Delivery Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Delivery Lead to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring successful business outcomes and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Provide strategic input and guidance to project sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to project team members.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure alignment with BMO's business strategy, goals, and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is an asset.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
