We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Foods Chef to join our team at O ESPETA RESTAURANT INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of cooks in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
  • Develop and execute menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning clientele.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes that highlight our specialty foods.
  • Ensure that all food meets our quality standards and is prepared in a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Work closely with our kitchen staff to maintain a fast-paced and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of menu development and execution.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
