Requirements

  • Expertise: Extensive expertise in managing on-site construction of multidisciplinary designs, with advanced understanding of construction sequencing techniques.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), coupled with effective listening and negotiation abilities.
  • Adaptability: Determinate and resilient with an adaptability in overcoming challenges and maintaining focus under pressure.
  • Education: College or university degree, complemented by a strong background of experiences including knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Preference: Preference given to those with a mechanical engineering degree and strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical processes, piping, underground electrical conduits, steam, etc.
