Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Spearhead overall project construction execution for large ICI projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Team Management: Manage a highly integrated team through coordination of on-site operations, guaranteeing a collaborative environment.
  • Health and Safety: Foster a construction health and safety culture, making safety the top priority in daily operations.
  • Constructability: Provide invaluable constructability input during design, craft ingenious project execution plans, and resolve technical challenges on-site in the most cost-efficient ways.
  • Change Management: Manage change and scope creep, maintaining control and balance of costs, schedules, and people.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 10 years of construction experience with a strong understanding of pressure piping code requirements and TSSA standards.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of seamlessly executing complex projects, building trust and respect among stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), coupled with effective listening and negotiation abilities.
  • Adaptability: Determinate and resilient with an adaptability in overcoming challenges and maintaining focus under pressure.
  • Education: College or university degree, complemented by a strong background of experiences including knowledge, skills, and abilities.
