Project Management Coordinator - Port Coquitlam
Brymark Installations Group Inc. is a leading industrial contracting firm specializing in the installation of piping, structural, and mechanical systems across various sectors in British Columbia. We are in search of a dedicated Project Management Coordinator to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection of data for Daily LEMs and manage timecard entries
- Work closely with site supervisors, project control teams, and the Project Manager
- Prepare documentation for weekly billing processes
- Contribute to reports for client communications
- Serve as a leader in safety initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Engineering in Training (EIT), Applied Science Technologist (AScT), or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of construction practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Procore software is advantageous
- A background in trades is beneficial
