About the Role

Rapidcrete Construction Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of construction workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Recruit and Hire skilled workers and manage staffing actions to meet project needs.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Train and Develop team members to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment, and Supplies to support project needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
