Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Golden Bins Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our retail establishment, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and customers
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant staff members
  • Respond to electronic enquiries and provide support to customers
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Greet customers and direct them to relevant service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Consult with customers after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work on site at our retail establishment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work on site at our retail establishment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service to our clients and customers.
