We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
As a Line Cook at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced cooks and kitchen staff. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
