Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meats, vegetables, and sides, to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Food Safety: Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and cooked safely to prevent contamination and foodborne illness.
- Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have everything we need to operate at peak levels.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including the cooking line, storage areas, and dishwashing area.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
