Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Elite Home Store. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the implementation of our strategies.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on our behalf.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
