About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leadership Development Facilitator to join our team at the Dais. As a key member of our leadership development team, you will play a critical role in launching Screen Break, a new project aimed at bringing our work in responsible technology to schools, educators, policymakers, parents, and students across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain organizational relationships with community partners and industry experts
  • Identify, train, and mentor youth leaders to support the Dais' public policy work
  • Co-create and manage project timelines using project management tools, ensuring smooth planning and execution
  • Oversee Dais Learning course logistics, including learner registration, payment tracking, and platform setup across a number of programs for diverse learners
  • Facilitate and teach course content of the Leading Through Policy Change microcredential, connecting with guest speakers, and managing assessments
  • Lead evaluation and feedback processes to enhance Dais Learning program quality and learner experience
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in design, delivery, and evaluation of programs
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to create clear project management timelines and meet deadlines
  • Proven experience in relationship building and outreach
  • Strong facilitation skills, with experience working with both youth and adults
  • Expertise in influencing public policy, advocacy, and community building
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to foster inclusive learning environments that respect equity and diversity principles
