Key Responsibilities- Service Development
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Financial Management
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Management
- Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Marketing and Customer Service
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and services.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns to ensure excellent customer service.
- Operational Planning
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient restaurant management.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required, and overtime may be necessary.
