Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop design strategies to address them.
  • Design and deliver user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in UX, HCI, Design, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user research, and design thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
