About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Canadian Brew House (Lloydminster) Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
    • Order supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
    • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
    • Develop and implement menu plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer preferences.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands
    • Standing for extended periods.
    • Physically demanding work, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
