About the Role:

The Specialist, Project Management role is a key position within the Marketing department, responsible for organizing and monitoring projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results. As a project management specialist, you will work closely with the Project Management team and independently manage assigned tasks, including resourcing, maintaining timelines, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information
  • Break projects into manageable actions and set realistic timeframes
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and eliminate blockers
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Analyze risks and opportunities within projects and current processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing (preferred)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask
  • Resourceful and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly
