Job Description

Job Title: Principal of Classical Christian Education

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Principal to lead our Classical Christian School. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring academic excellence, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Leadership: Develop and implement academic programs that align with our classical Christian education philosophy.
  • Faculty Supervision: Recruit, train, and evaluate faculty members to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Student Recruitment and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students who share our values and mission.
  • Parental Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with parents through regular communication and involvement in school activities.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the school's budget and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Facilities and Supplies: Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment, including facilities and equipment.
  • Church Relations: Collaborate with the church administration to ensure alignment with our mission and values.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree: In a relevant field, such as education or Christian leadership.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in education, preferably in a classical Christian school setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Christian Faith: A strong commitment to the Christian faith and a passion for classical Christian education.

Working Conditions:

The Principal will work in a fast-paced environment, with regular interactions with students, faculty, parents, and church administrators. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
