Job Title: Full-Time Academic Leader

St. Mary's University, Calgary, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic leader to join our team as a Full-Time Academic Leader. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for leading and managing our academic programs, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, research, and community engagement.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage academic programs, including curriculum development, teaching, and assessment.
  • Provide academic leadership and guidance to faculty members, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and research.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student learning outcomes, retention, and success.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote academic excellence and community engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of academic policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with university goals and objectives.

Requirements:
