Job Title: Full-Time Academic Leader

St. Mary's University, Calgary, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic leader to join our team as a Full-Time Academic Leader. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for leading and managing our academic programs, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, research, and community engagement.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage academic programs, including curriculum development, teaching, and assessment.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance academic excellence and student success.
  • Collaborate with faculty members, staff, and external partners to promote academic innovation and community engagement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior faculty members and academic staff.
  • Contribute to the development of academic policies and procedures.
