We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Officer to join our team at Royal Stouffville Golf Course. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Supervise Staff: You will be responsible for hiring and supervising rental agents and building superintendents, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and experience to perform their duties effectively.
  • Lease Administration: You will ensure that the terms of lease agreements are met, and that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Contract Management: You will prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, and ensure that they are executed in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Facilities Management: You will coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Financial Management: You will monitor the progress and cost of work for property owners, and compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
  • Reporting: You will prepare expense and income reports, and ensure that all necessary financial information is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Client Service: You will ensure that our clients receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
