Security Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Elite Canada Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security needs are met and that all security protocols are followed.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure that they are equipped to handle emergency situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- First Aid Certificate and Security Guard License required.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week
