Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Elite Canada Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security needs are met and that clients receive excellent service.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Security Guard License required.
  • First Aid Certificate required.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, 32 to 35 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work in a team setting. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including offices, warehouses, and other locations as needed.
