Director of Advancement Opportunity

St. George's School is seeking a seasoned Director of Advancement to join its Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of the school's leadership, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the school's mission and reputation through strategic fundraising and community relations efforts.

About the Role:

  • Lead a dedicated team of 11 professionals across major gifts, annual giving, special events, communications, and alumni relations portfolios.
  • Serve as an ambassador for St. George's School, demonstrating the importance of fundraising and community relations.
  • Work closely with the School's Old Boys' Association to advance alumni relations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase philanthropic revenue and expertise in capital campaigns.

  • A successful senior advancement professional with a proven track record of increasing philanthropic revenue.
  • Expertise in capital campaigns and securing major and principal gifts from complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
