We are currently seeking a skilled individual with exceptional communication and leadership abilities to fill a key role in our Accounting and Finance Department. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procedures for vendor payments, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other financial transactions.
  • Conduct liquidity and cash flow analysis, manage bank payments, handle Forex purchases, and oversee payment-related updates.
  • Collaborate with external system support for payment escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain daily spreadsheets to monitor cashflow movements and projections, ensuring compliance with liquidity standards.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency within accounts payable operations.
  • Review and track critical payments across different systems and departments.
  • Participate in report preparation for senior management.
  • Assist in auditing invoices, employee expenses, and preparing journal entries.
  • Provide documentation on financial transactions and metrics.
  • Communicate with departments and vendors on escalations and payment status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable/Analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable policies, journal entries, and accruals.
  • Ability to work effectively with different departments and regions.
  • Capable of taking ownership of assignments and working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Capacity to handle a large volume of invoices and payments under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
