Sales Team Lead

At Esso High Prairie, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage the financial aspects of the sales team
- Order merchandise and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate and up-to-date
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required
- Permanent position with 35 hours per week
- English language proficiency
