Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to members, answering their questions and helping them with their financial needs.
  • Assist members with day-to-day banking services, such as bill payments, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Proactively identify and respond to members' needs to empower them to achieve their financial goals.
  • Learn additional aspects of branch operations to help fill in any gaps on a day-to-day basis.
  • Uncover opportunities to refer members to financial advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in providing customer service
  • Experience in cash handling
