Job Summary
Horizon School Division is seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Services department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of employee payrolls, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process payroll transactions, including calculations, deductions, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and collective bargaining agreements
• Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders
• Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in payroll administration or a related field
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
