Job Title: Garage Manager - Automobile Repairs

PAE TRUCKS is seeking a skilled and experienced Garage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automobile repair facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our garage, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily garage operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies.
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, informing business decisions and driving growth.
  • Merchandise Procurement: Source and procure high-quality merchandise for resale, ensuring the best possible products for our customers.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new customers.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the garage.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to help staff members improve their performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
