About the Role

As a Senior Commercial Services Representative at Allergan, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and brand growth in the pharmaceutical industry. This field-based position requires a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales performance and brand KPIs, meeting financial targets and marketing objectives
  • Develop and execute pre-call plans, and conduct post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with health providers, identifying and developing disease state experts and speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance
  • Stay up-to-date on scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge, serving as an expert resource for stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and solid presentation skills
  • Commercial pharmaceutical industry experience, including physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, or marketing
  • English language proficiency verbally and in writing
