Job Overview

As a Training Officer at Domino's Pizza of Canada Ltd., you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce. This is a permanent position with a commitment of 32.5 hours per week, where you will primarily communicate in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive reports to assess training effectiveness.

  • Develop and produce educational materials tailored to our operational needs.
  • Administer and evaluate tests to measure learning outcomes.
  • Oversee operational programs to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Implement safety procedures and guidelines during training sessions.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • A background in College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
