About the Role

The HSS Global IT department at IKO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, ERP Systems Leader to join our growing team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing our ERP team, working closely with business executives and IS/IT leadership to define long-term enterprise technology strategies and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of ERP professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they meet their operational and development goals.
  • Develop and implement effective cost management strategies for ERP applications, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Manage the prioritization and mitigation of risks related to ERP operations and deployments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and solution vendors to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and systems architecture.
  • Develop and drive solutions architecture principles, software development life cycles, and methodologies to support current and anticipated business needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an Application/Solution Architect and managing ERP teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in a multi-location, global environment.
  • PMP certification and MBA will be considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or other business-related field is preferred.
