Position Overview

We are in search of a Business Systems Analyst specializing in ERP to concentrate on global ERP initiatives and enhancements. This role involves collaborating directly with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, draft functional specifications, prototype defined functionalities, and support the organizational transition linked to ERP implementations.

The successful candidate will work in close partnership with the ERP project leadership team, Business Process Owners, and IT Management to ensure that projects adhere to established timelines and fulfill essential business requirements and success metrics. This position is fully on-site.

Your Responsibilities
  • Engage in the testing and validation of global ERP solutions, including documenting user requirements, contributing to solution development, writing test scripts, and executing tests, as well as providing user training.
  • Contribute to the deployment of ERP solutions as a member of the ERP team.
  • Participate in future enhancement projects from inception to implementation, collaborating with internal architects and/or third-party Systems Integrators.
  • Handle daily troubleshooting and support for both in-house developed and procured systems.
  • Create and update training materials for end-users, including system process documentation and work instructions.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel within North America and to Europe as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale technology projects, preferably within the Manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management, purchasing, and receiving processes.
  • Understanding of subcontract management and vendor master data management processes is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with large ERP systems, ideally Oracle JD Edwards.
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle, managing projects from requirement gathering through to implementation and post-live support.
  • Proven ability to guide business users in leveraging industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Business Analyst certification is a plus.

  • Skills in facilitating collaboration, including activity identification, process mapping, and ideation.
  • Proficiency in business process flows and modeling.
  • Flexibility to travel and work across different time zones.
