Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Administrator to join our team at Emterra Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing plant operations to ensure efficient processing and high-quality output of recyclable materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
  • Configure and troubleshoot system settings to optimize performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our ERP system remains current and effective.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a recycling, material recovery, or material handling facility is an asset.
