Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven individual to fill the role of Insurance Advisor, focusing on Personal Lines. This position includes comprehensive training in residential insurance and ongoing support. It is ideal for those eager to advance in the insurance industry.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 General Insurance License or a commitment to obtain it within six months
- A minimum of one year of experience in insurance
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- At least six months of experience in residential insurance
- Knowledge of various insurance markets
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both incoming and outgoing calls in a dynamic environment
- Offer clients tailored coverage suggestions and promote additional products
- Assist clients with new policies, renewals, and modifications
