Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Advisor, Personal Lines to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, Personal Lines, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their personal insurance needs. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored insurance solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their personal insurance needs
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' unique requirements
  • Develop and implement tailored insurance solutions that meet clients' needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements
  • Level 2 General Insurance License or Level 1 and willing to obtain their Level 2 within 6 months
  • 1+ years of insurance experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Industry designation an asset
  • 6+ months of habitational insurance experience
  • Regular market experience e.g. Aviva, Wawanesa, Intact, Gore, Family, etc. with dwellings
