Employee Benefits Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions to optimize their benefits offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and expert recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Develop and present solutions tailored to clients' unique needs, analyzing data and industry trends to identify opportunities for better offerings and cost savings.
- Assist clients with the design, implementation, and education of employee benefits and retirement programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting or a related role.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Group Benefits Associate (GBA) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification.
