Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the branch, including client interactions, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Support the Manager, Client Service in functions related to overall operations and day-to-day administration.
  • Implement effective communication of operational, administrative, and regulatory/compliance activities.
  • Coordinate equipment needs, IT support, and training for branch staff.
  • Maintain and improve the branch filing system.
  • Perform office duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with audit procedures.
  • Support key firm/branch initiatives and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience.
  • Identify areas to reduce costs and present ideas to management.
  • Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) planning and ensure details are communicated to staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma in business preferred.
  • Completed or pursuing industry-related courses considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks.
  • Prior administrative experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
