This role demands a strategic thinker with both creative flair and analytical prowess, possessing a proven history of enhancing purchase frequency and customer interaction through email, SMS, and loyalty initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with product, creative, and growth marketing teams to establish a unified, data-driven messaging strategy throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with various stakeholders to spearhead strategies that meet engagement and financial objectives for email, SMS, loyalty programs, and future retention marketing channels.
2. Manage the email and SMS campaign calendar, brainstorming innovative ways to showcase BN3TH products while continuously testing messaging for performance enhancement.
3. Coordinate with the merchandising team to emphasize significant product launches and strategize around inventory levels.
4. Partner with the creative team to develop visually appealing and impactful messaging that provides value to customers.
5. Formulate plans to grow email and SMS subscriber lists.
6. Improve deliverability and maintain list integrity.
7. Oversee merchandising strategies for all email and SMS campaigns, balancing product discovery with performance and revenue.
8. Implement ongoing email and SMS testing to achieve statistically significant improvements in click-through rates and revenue.
9. Create personalized messaging through automation for each customer to encourage repeat purchases and enhance lifetime value.
10. Design a premier segmentation strategy utilizing demographic data, purchase history, and customer engagement to create tailored marketing calendars for each segment.
11. Collaborate with data teams to develop and execute product recommendations in emails for each campaign.
12. Analyze data to identify factors contributing to high lifetime value and repeat purchases, developing strategies to leverage these insights across the customer database.
Desired Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years dedicated to retention marketing.
- Proven experience managing an email and SMS marketing program for a substantial customer base, particularly through platforms like Klaviyo and Attentive.
- Familiarity with creative best practices for email design and copywriting.
- Knowledge of how to design statistically significant A/B tests.
- Highly organized with the ability to foster cross-functional alignment through effective communication.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying anomalies or errors.
- Analytical and data-driven, with demonstrated capability to work with extensive data sets.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Figma, and ecommerce is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends is preferred.

Salary Range:
$88,000 - $95,000 per annum
