About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at East to West Holdings Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies from reputable vendors to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the expectations of our discerning clients.
  • Develop and implement menu plans that cater to customers with dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet the demands of our clients, including managing staff, inventory, and resources.
Requirements
