Food Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating with suppliers and clients to drive sales growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food services management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. You will be required to work overtime and be physically demanding at times.

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
