Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2819494 ONTARIO LTD. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and ensure that the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, and ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that customer feedback is addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that the sales floor and surrounding areas are secure and safe, and that all security protocols are followed.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
