- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and staff productivity.
- Store Operations
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance metrics.
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
