MBC is seeking a dedicated and driven Service Desk Technician to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Proactively monitor and investigate alerts displayed on our Network Operations Center (NOC) dashboard.
  • Effectively manage tickets within our ticketing system to track, prioritize, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with the NOC team to escalate unresolved tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate incident details to technicians responsible for resolving technical problems.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call support rotations to provide ongoing assistance.
  • Actively pursue required certifications to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Technical Expertise

We are looking for an individual with a solid understanding of network infrastructure services and foundational experience in various technical domains, including Windows Server, Exchange, and virtualization platforms.

  • Demonstrated initiative and organizational skills.
  • A willingness to adapt to new technologies and learn continuously.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience & Education

  • One or more years of experience in a service desk environment or a related field.
  • ITIL Foundations certification is highly preferred.
  • Microsoft Network Infrastructure certifications are a valuable asset.
