Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to promote our projects, services, and brand. You will serve as the liaison between the marketing team and other departments, conducting in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns and identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote projects, services, and the brand as a whole.
  • Liaison between Marketing and Other Departments: Serve as the liaison between the marketing team and other departments, such as Communications, Services, Core Construction, and Social Media.
  • Marketing Campaign Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decision-making and positioning of projects.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing regular performance reports to the Marketing Leadership Team.
  • Positioning and Target Audiences: Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budget.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing activities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements.
  • Marketing Operations Manual: Develop and maintain a Marketing Operations Manual showcasing all procedures and processes for marketing design, development, execution, and measurement.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Track and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment of goals and strategies with clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Integration of Tools and Platforms: Ensure seamless integration between different tools and platforms, including CRM, analytics software, etc.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to marketing team members on the use of tools and processes.
Requirements
  • Education: College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in a Marketing Operations Manager role.
  • Skills: Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns, strategic thinking, creative skills, data analysis, leadership and team management skills, results-oriented mindset, and proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
