Position Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager at Million Deliveries Inc. will be responsible for steering the marketing initiatives of the organization. This role encompasses the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Direction: Formulate and direct marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Distribution Management: Establish and optimize distribution channels for products and services.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of current marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Communication Development: Implement robust communication strategies and programs to engage target audiences.
  • Content Oversight: Supervise the creation of written materials for digital platforms.
  • Quality Review: Review and refine written content, including reports, presentations, and press releases.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor marketing staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Promotional Development: Create and manage promotional materials that resonate with the audience.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Contract Management: Oversee and manage contractual agreements.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate special marketing events and promotions.
  • Market Research: Conduct surveys to gauge public opinion and attitudes.
  • Program Delivery: Prepare and present educational and promotional programs.
  • Database Management: Maintain and oversee the digital marketing database.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university program of 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
