You as a Marketing Operations Manager will:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote projects, services, new products and the brand as a whole.
  • Serve as the liaison between the marketing team and other departments, such as Communications, Services, Core Construction, Social Media and other corporate services.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decision-making and positioning of projects.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and campaigns to provide regular performance reports to Marketing Leadership Team.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budget
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing activities.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a Marketing Operations Manual showcasing all procedures and processes for marketing design, development, execution and measurement.
  • Track and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment of goals and strategies with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Ensure seamless integration between different tools and platforms including CRM, analytics software, etc.
  • Provide training and support to marketing team members on the use of tools and processes. Is this role right for you?
    • College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field
    • 8 to 10 years of experience in a Marketing Operations Manager role
    • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
    • Creative with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, able to ensure brand consistency and excellence across all marketing materials.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
    • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives.
    • Strong understanding of data as it relates to marketing campaigns, segmentation and personas
    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
    • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
