Position Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager at Million Deliveries Inc. will be responsible for steering the marketing initiatives of the organization. This role involves crafting and executing effective marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Direction: Direct the marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Distribution Networks: Establish and manage distribution channels for products and services.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of current marketing strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Communication Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and programs.
  • Content Oversight: Supervise the creation of written materials for digital platforms.
  • Material Review: Review and refine written documents, including reports, presentations, and press releases.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Promotional Development: Create and manage promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and motivate team members to foster a productive work environment.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contracts related to marketing initiatives.
  • Event Coordination: Organize special publicity events and promotional activities.
  • Public Opinion Research: Conduct surveys to gauge public attitudes and opinions.
  • Program Preparation: Prepare and deliver educational and promotional programs and materials.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage a digital database for marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • Education: A diploma or certificate from a college or CEGEP program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field.
